The inspiration for this is the Kailua Monkey smoothie at Lanikai Juice in Kailua, Hawaii. Actor Matthew Fox mentioned it as his favorite in the Good Housekeeping magazine I was reading while working out the other night. I only changed it because I couldn't remember exactly what the article had said.

1. 30 minutes on my Gazelle.2. I still feel "programed" to reach for something sweet when upset or bored. But I haven't. Hopefully after 21 days my mind will know as well as my body when I am or am not hungry.
3. My smoothie kept me satisfied all day. I actually had to force myself to eat a salad at lunch. I was worried I'd get hungry all of a sudden and run for a Reese's :P A SmartOnes for dinner takes all the worry out of portion control.
