We just bought a house and will be moving by May 16th! We are so excited! Here are some pictures of the new home.
4 bedroom, 3 full baths, about 2,300 square feet in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of a large park and the elementary school.
View from the front door - the living room and formal dining area. The kitchen is through the arch on the right, the family room and 4th bedroom through the arch on the left. I'm sure the kids will be running laps through these arches!

View from the master bedroom - no homes behind us! I believe it is zoned for commercial properties, so hopefully nothing annoying will end up there. The row of palm trees is the entrance to our subdivision.
Arizona backyards are notoriously tiny. At least if you buy within a subdivision, which is just about all there is available at any reasonable price. This one, however, is slightly larger than most and MUCH larger than our current yard. Now we just need to decide on some landscaping!This has been in the works for awhile now and was the major force in keeping me home during the Open House in Salt Lake. I am so happy it paid off!

I'm so happy for you guys!! Congratulations! My brother in Arizona is moving this next month too. I was laughing because I saw pictures of his house and the inside is almost identical to yours. I think it is definitely the same builder. Small world.
Nicole, who's the builder? We were thinking either Pulte or Homelife/Atreus but we're not sure. I want to find floor plans online so I can start planning layouts!
Awesome! No more waiting. Its finally happening! I bet you are so excited! May 16th is so close, please let us help you move. I know it could be a head ache at times! Oh and where is it? Mesa?
Now which bedroom will be mine?! We're so happy you guys finally have a house of your own. Can't wait to visit.

So I was talking to Lisa and she said "You know Kristal's moving to Maricopa- they should get the keys tomorrow!!" No way, I knew you were looking but..... We are very excited to have you down here. You're coming just in time to see the new WalMart open on May 20th. Very exciting. Tortosa is a good area- very quiet.
