Japan's government has issued the strict law to keep health care costs low and keep its people healthy. I hope that doesn't backfire with people throwing up their sushi to avoid fines or being fired

All I can say is, "God bless America!" Now throw me a ball frank and slide me a slice of apple pie! *Sayonara*

I will not be able to post for the next few days, as I will be at Girls' Camp! I will journal my 21 Day Challenge and report back to everyone upon my return!

2. Chris took me on a date. After dinner we walked around a bit a got small desserts. I had a nice, warm churro. We didn't even go towards Cold Stone Creamery!
3. This was my first true test on portion control. We had Mexican, which I LOVE. But which also comes with chips and salsa. I'm really proud of myself. I ate with a brain and deliberately slowed myself down. Just a handful of chips and an entree from the "healthy" part of the menu was all I ate. I even ate my veggies first instead of diving right into the filling stuff. I think I can do this!
