1. My calves were so tight today I could barely walk! So a big workout was not really an option. I did a some push-ups and some crunches (though not enough) and some arm work with light weights at home.
2. Somebody offered me some Tootsie Rolls, and I did partake (but only 3 or 4!)
3. We went to a party tonight and I only had 1 piece of pizza and no soda!
