1. Knowing I wouldn't be able to go with the family to the Rec Center tonight, I made a plan to workout in the afternoon while Chris watches the kids. Normally I would've just skipped today. I am so glad I didn't! I did a 20 minute walking warm-up on the treadmill and then a lower body workout. It's not the workout that was so great, though. It's the feeling of accomplishment at having stuck to my challenge!
2. No need to run to sweets today!
3. I made blueberry pancakes from scratch with homemade syrup and still ate only the one portion on my new little plate!
