Day 2

1. I did 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill!

2. No junk food at all :D

3. Perfect portions and a great healthy dinner of salmon, potatoes, and avocados with mango salsa . . . yummy!

Go Kristal, good job!! We stayed up way too late Saturday night to get up in time for my 21 day challenge, but I started it yesterday!! It's going great, I've been up at 7 and now I'm out the door and on my way to the gym!! Thanks for the motivation!
