Saturday was Sam's second Pinewood Derby. He did some research himself this year and told me he wanted a car with the same shape as Brandon's was last year, "but with a hole in it and a fireball inside the hole with flames shooting out." It evolved as we worked on it (they always do) and this was what he ended up with. Fireball won him second place and "Best Design"!
