Letting them stand 30 minutes makes them easier to roll.
Cast iron is the best for cooking tortillas!
Flip them just as they start to bubble.
Serve with Spanish rice! {I used my canned stewed tomatoes for this!}
And watch the family eat 'em up!

I use picasa through google to edit but I use photobucket to add frames and decoration. You can do all the editing with Photobucket but, I like picasa better for editing.
